UPDATE ON 9/11 “WAKE UP CALL” EVENT: Please watch, tell your friends, and pray

Despite our economy and society being in severe trouble here at home, historic and horrific natural disasters happening all over, rising threats to Israel, and growing persecution of believers around the world, far too many Christians are asleep — not praying, not fasting, not repenting, not living lives of holiness, not reading the Word of God daily, not sharing their faith, not making disciples, not inviting others to church, not ready to see our Lord Jesus Christ face to face when He comes. The Church desperately needs a wake up call. We need a spiritual revival more than ever, all over the globe. We need people who say they follow Jesus to wake up and truly get serious about their faith — to fall in love with Jesus all over again, to be more faithful to obeying Him than ever before.

To this end, on Sunday night, September 11th, from 7pm to 9pm eastern, please join internationally renowned Bible teacher Anne Graham Lotz and me for the “Wake Up Call” event. The Christian musical group Selah will be leading praise & worship. You can watch on your home computer, or listen live on the radio, or watch on TV, or watch at one of the many participating churches. Here’s the latest:

• The “Wake Up Call” will be shown live in more than 300 churches in the U.S.
• The two-hour event will be aired on more than 500 radio stations in the U.S., including the Moody Radio Network, American Family Radio Network, and the Bott Radio Network.
• The event will be shown live in 200 countries around the world on a satellite TV network.
• And you can watch the live webcast on your home computer

Please join us. Please tell your friends. And please be praying each day this week that the Lord would speak clearly and powerfully through Anne and me to help wake up believers to walk with the Lord, study and teach His Word, share the gospel of Jesus Christ, and make disciples of all nations!
