Video: Neil Cavuto interviews Joel Rosenberg on Isaiah 17 and “Damascus Countdown.”

(Washington, D.C.) — On his program, “Your World,” on Monday afternoon, Fox News Channel anchor Neil Cavuto interviewed me about the current crisis in Syria and whether Bible prophecy sheds light on the future of that country.

Cavuto specifically asked me about the prophecies of Isaiah 17 and Jeremiah 49, and whether these foretell the future destruction of Damascus, or whether these prophecies have already come true. We also discussed how these prophecies are factored into my novel, Damascus Countdown.

“Amazing,” he said at the end of our discussion of the biblical account of Damascus’ future judgment. “It’s in there [the Bible]. It’s worth a read.”
